About Heroes, Characters & Creatures
When I paint a specific character, I do not just copy a template. I adjust the design to fit the child’s face shape and age so it lasts through the whole party. For younger kids who cannot sit still for long, I have a library of 'express' designs that look just as detailed but take half the time to apply.
Getting a face paint transformation is a big moment for a kid. Whether they want to be Spider-Man, a fierce dragon, or their favorite TV show character, my goal is to make them feel truly in character. I use professional, hypoallergenic, water-activated paints that are gentle on young skin and simple to wash off at the end of the day.
How it Works
- Customization: I love requests. If your child is obsessed with a specific show, game, or movie, just tell me beforehand and I will practice the design so it looks perfect.
- Efficiency: For larger birthday parties or school events in the National Capital Region, I can do quick 3-5 minute designs to ensure every kid gets a turn, or spend 8-10 minutes on more elaborate pieces for smaller groups.
- Venue Setup: To ensure the best results, I only need a table, two chairs, and adequate lighting at the venue. I handle all the supplies, including brushes, sponges, and cosmetic-grade glitter.
Safety First
As a mom, I know skin sensitivity is a concern. I use only FDA-approved, professional-grade brands like Tag and Diamond FX. These are designed specifically for skin application and wash off easily with regular soap and water. No stressful scrubbing required after the party ends.
