Why I Do This
Most people think weight management is all about looking good, but for me, it's about feeling good inside out. I started helping people eat right and live better because I've seen how much health gets ignored. After working with more than 1000 families, I know everyone’s journey is different.
How My Program Works
- No fad diets or random supplements. Everything I offer is science-based and safe.
- Full body analysis comes first - we look at your body type, fat percentage, BMI, and create a plan that actually fits your lifestyle.
- All advice is super practical and I won’t ask you to starve or skip meals. Meal plans are based on regular ghar ka khana (home food), so you won’t have to hunt for fancy stuff.
- You’ll learn how to manage calories, portion sizes, and what those food labels actually mean.
- Breakfast is a big deal here. I focus on giving you a power start with protein-rich, simple options and an energy drink if you want.
- For workouts, you can join live Zoom sessions or use easy-to-follow exercise videos at home. If exercise is not your thing, we can stick to nutrition changes only.
