Signature Elements: Water, Art & Specimen Plants
We transform standard landscapes into immersive experiences by integrating custom water features, artistic sculptures, and selected specimen trees.
This koi pond is a perfect example of a signature water feature. I designed it to be a complete ecosystem, ensuring water clarity and fish health while creating a peaceful and luxurious focal point for the property.
The Pegasus sculpture at Street 1522 is a prime example of integrating large-scale art. I worked to position it as the central axis of the courtyard, turning it into a powerful branding element and a photo opportunity for visitors.
A look at a custom bonsai art gallery I designed. The staggered granite shelves were built to display each miniature tree as a unique piece of art, creating a dedicated and contemplative space for the collection.
This video shows a bonsai garden where I used the open lawn to display larger specimen trees. Each bonsai is placed on a custom stone pedestal, giving it prominence and allowing it to be appreciated from all angles.
A behind-the-scenes look at a sourcing trip. I personally select unique decor items like these stone sculptures and wooden art pieces to ensure every project has distinctive elements that reflect the client's vision.
This video was taken during a nursery visit for an upcoming resort project. I am selecting large, mature bonsai and specimen trees that will serve as instant focal points in the new landscape, providing a sense of establishment from day one.
About this collection
When we integrate art or water into a space, we start by analyzing the site's structural capacity and flow. We do not just drop a sculpture or pond into place; we personally source every element from quarries and nurseries to ensure the texture, scale, and health of the piece align with your specific environment.
Adding a statement piece requires careful planning. Whether it is a koi pond or a large-scale sculpture, these additions are the focal points that define the personality of a landscape.
We believe that landscape design is not just about vegetation. It is about how the space makes you feel. A well-placed water feature introduces movement and sound, which can mask the noise of city life, while a carefully selected bonsai or specimen tree anchors a garden, providing a sense of history even in new properties.
Our process begins with understanding your site's physical limitations and lighting conditions. We spend significant time visiting nurseries and stone yards across Karnataka to find plants and decor that are not just beautiful but physically appropriate for your specific site. We do not work from catalogs; we select the material ourselves.
By the time we start installation, we have already determined the drainage requirements, structural weight loads, and maintenance needs. This preparation ensures that your signature water feature remains clear or your statement tree thrives for years to come. We handle the technical side so that you are left with a tranquil, high-impact space.
Art Yard
We are Veda and Vivek from Art Yard, and we see every plot of land as a canvas for a story. We combine custom art, water features, and mature plants to create spaces that feel less like a project and more like a permanent, calming escape.
