About Workshops & Intensives: Level Up Your Flow
When you are training for hours, the surface under your feet makes a significant difference. Our Indiranagar studio is equipped with professional sprung wooden flooring, designed to absorb impact so you can focus on mastering your hip-hop foundations or locking technique without worrying about unnecessary joint strain.
At ARDS India, we do not just teach steps, we facilitate a creative journey. Our workshops are designed to break you out of your comfort zone and help you find your unique flow.
The Trinity Series
This is our flagship intensive. We bring in top-tier Indian and international guest artists for three-day deep dives. You get 9 to 10 hours of training on foundations, musicality, and culture. We keep batches small, ensuring every dancer gets the attention they need. We wrap up the series with a professional video shoot, giving you high-quality footage for your dance portfolio.
Collab Choreo Weeks
Want to experience different teaching styles in a single session? Our Collab Series pairs two instructors in one class. You learn two different methods and perspectives simultaneously. It is high-energy, fast-paced, and an effective way to expand your movement vocabulary quickly.
What to Expect
- Environment: We maintain a non-judgmental space focused on technical skill acquisition and building your confidence.
- Technical Focus: Whether you are diving into House, Waacking, Afro, or Experimental movement, our senior resident instructors provide personalized corrections.
