Getting shoes to look perfect on camera is all about the structure inside. For every pair I shoot, I use specific stuffing and shaping techniques to ensure the material holds its form and looks premium, rather than flat or worn out.
When I work with footwear and accessory brands, I divide my approach into two distinct buckets: catalog clarity and creative storytelling.
E-Commerce Consistency
For standard catalog needs, it is all about consistency. Whether you are selling kolhapuris, formal heels, or trendy sneakers, the goal is to make the product look exactly as it does in person. I handle the entire process, including cleaning and proper placement, to ensure the structure is perfect. My lighting setup for these shots is designed to be shadow-less and clean, adhering strictly to platform guidelines for Amazon, Swiggy, or your own website.
Creative 'Hero' Shots
Creative imagery requires a different mindset. This is where I bring in my props from the Acube studio inventory. I use optical snoots and Gobos to create artificial window shadows, giving your product a golden hour glow even in a controlled studio environment. If you want a more dynamic look, I also organize lifestyle shoots. We can bring in hand models or place your footwear in styled sets to show customers how the product fits into their daily life.
