How We Work
Our office in Basavanagudi is where the magic happens. Whether it is a single custom mug for a birthday or 200 keychains for a corporate event, we approach every project with the same level of detail. We handle the design, printing, and packaging, ensuring every item meets the quality we would expect if we were gifting it to our own friends and family.
The Story Behind the Box
We started Arch because we realized that mass-produced gifts often lack soul. We wanted to create something that feels like it belongs to the person receiving it. As a husband-wife team, we divide the work based on who can do it best, but we both share the responsibility of packing every order. We have built this business from scratch, and we are proud to have worked with organizations like IBM and various educational institutions, while still maintaining the personal touch for individual clients.
