Our motorized systems, specifically the Lutron Sivoia and Triathlon series, feature a touch-to-move function where a light tug on the fabric engages the motor, removing the need to search for a remote. Whether you are retrofitting existing tracks or planning a new ceiling cove, we ensure the installation handles your specific weight requirements—up to 60kg for heavy drapes—without visible wiring or hardware clutter.

Precision Control for Every Window

We categorize our automated window treatments into three primary mechanical systems, each selected based on your window geometry and privacy requirements.

Motorized Roller and Roman Shades For roller shades, we utilize ultra-quiet Lutron motors paired with architectural aluminum fascia. You can choose from technical fabrics with 1%, 3%, or 5% openness for light filtering, or 100% blackout options. Our Roman blinds incorporate a specialized Cord Take-Up System (CTS) to ensure level lifting and prevent the tangling often associated with standard corded blinds. These systems support both AC hardwired connections and battery-powered options for retrofits.

Automated Drapery Tracks Our heavy-duty tracks support drapes up to 60kg. We use belt-drive mechanisms that prioritize silent operation. The hardware includes Ripplefold or Pinch Pleat carriers for smooth movement. We provide the technical drawings for recessed ceiling coves, ensuring the track sits flush and remains hidden, creating a clean architectural finish. Note that these tracks are hardware-only systems and do not include the curtain fabric.

Venetian Blind Automation For precise light and shadow control, our Venetian blind motors allow for exact slat tilting. This is ideal for home offices or spaces where you need to block glare while maintaining a view.

Integration and Technical Specifications

All systems integrate with your existing smart home network, including the Lutron App, wall-mounted keypads, or voice commands. We configure scenes like 'Movie Night' or 'Good Morning' to adjust all shades simultaneously. Our team handles the end-to-end process, from site assessment to programming limits, ensuring your window treatments operate with the same logic as your lighting and climate systems.
