Whether we’re at Mirage or Taki Taki, the vibe is all about the music—think classic Rock n Roll, Jive, and proper Disco—rather than the usual club chaos. If you're looking for a night where the city actually gets dressed up, this is it.
After over 12 years of running the city’s favorite Diwali socials, I decided to bring that same energy to the holiday season. Luru Christmas isn't just another party; it’s a 'social'.
The Music
Forget the usual Top 40 loops. My sets for these socials are strictly retro. I curate playlists that span Rock n Roll, Jive, and Disco, focusing on the tracks that actually get people moving. I bring in seasoned DJs who know how to read a room that’s dressed to the nines.
The Vibe & Production
I treat every Luru Christmas like a production. We manage the full technical rider—sound, lighting, and stage layout—to transform venues like Mirage or Taki Taki into a proper Christmas wonderland. It’s an immersive experience where the aesthetics, the decor, and the sound come together. We enforce a cocktail dress code because it sets the tone; when everyone is dressed well, the energy in the room shifts.
