Meet Akshay, the 'A' in AnD. He's the organized one, always on time and keeping everything on track. His passion for dance is matched only by his love for pickleball and badam ka halwa.
Meet Dionne, the 'D' in AnD. She's the creative force who loves making up her own Hindi lyrics and ends up crying with the bride during every emotional performance. She brings the heart and the hand gestures.

After 10 years, we know the difference between a dance routine and a real moment. We are Akshay and Dionne, based in Mumbai but traveling across India to help families find their rhythm. Our approach is simple: we strip away the stiff performance pressure and replace it with a space where you can actually have fun.
Akshay keeps the schedule tight, and Dionne brings the creative chaos. Together with our team, we break down complex Bollywood routines into moves that anyone, from your grandparents to your friends, can pick up comfortably. Whether you need a high-energy group performance, an emotional bridal solo, or a fun ice-breaker for your Roka, we do not believe in copy-paste choreography.
