About Pro-Tips & Behind the Scenes
Before I ever step on stage, I ensure the logistics are locked. I always arrive 30 minutes early for sound checks and to sync my notes with your DJ, because nothing kills a party faster than a technical feedback loop or a mismatched entry track.
Your event is more than a date on the calendar. It is a story, and I am here to help you tell it. When we chat during your planning phase, we will map out your sequence so there is zero dead air. I keep my library of trivia and shayaris ready to fill gaps while performers change or while you catch your breath.
Here are a few ways we can work together to keep the flow smooth:
- Entry Tracks: Send me your music tracks a few days in advance. I need to know exactly when to cue the DJ so your grand entry feels like a movie moment, not a scramble.
- The Photo Factor: Please, do not squeeze a long family photo session right into the middle of the main ritual. Keep a buffer or schedule it before the crowd arrives. My job is to manage the flow, so I will keep your family engaged while you finish your shoot so nobody gets bored.
- Sequence Matters: Sangeet performances should be in a solid sequence. If you have ten dances, let us group them and use breaks for quick interactive games. It keeps the energy high and prevents the audience from drifting.
Whether it is a glam Sangeet in South Delhi or a fun Haldi in Noida, I prep my scripts and coordinate with your team. I do not just hold a mic. I manage the stage so you do not have to worry about who is next or if the music volume is off. We work as a team to make sure your guests talk about this party for months.
