I practice 'nothingness' every day for 15 minutes, and it is the single most effective way to clear the brain fog that leads to burnout. It is not meditation, and it is not about productivity. It is quite literally the act of doing nothing so you can finally allow new, creative ideas to enter your system. If you feel like your memory is full and you are constantly spinning your wheels, we should talk about how to create that space.

When you are running a business, every minute feels like it needs to be optimized. I used to think that meant doing more. Now I know that often, the most productive thing you can do is pause. My approach to mindset shifts is rooted in reality, not just positive thinking.

The Rapid Love Routine

If you are a busy entrepreneur, I know you do not have two hours every morning for a lavish self-care ritual. On the days I am exhausted or travelling, I use the 'Rapid Love Routine.' It is just two activities—like 7 minutes of stretching and 7 minutes of journaling. It is 15 minutes that keeps you connected to yourself when life gets chaotic.
