Backdrop & Photo Area
- Main Setup: Single 8ft x 8ft backdrop. Choice of circular floral ring, sequin shimmer wall, or pastel fabric arch.
- Signage: One standard neon sign (Happy Birthday / Love / Oh Baby) or custom foam name cutout.
- Props: Set of 3 cylindrical metal pedestals (white or gold) for cake placement.
Floral & Detailing
- Composition: Strategic mix of 70% artificial silk flowers for volume and 30% fresh seasonal blooms (Roses, Carnations) at eye level.
- Entrance: One wooden easel stand with a custom 2ft x 3ft welcome board and fresh floral bunch.
- Accents: Minor thematic props like wicker baskets, lanterns, or disco balls.
Lighting & Logistics
- Lights: 4-6 LED PAR cans to wash the backdrop in warm white or theme colors.
- Execution: Transport within Mumbai limits, setup 3 hours prior to event, and immediate breakdown. Excludes furniture rentals.

Thematic Structures
- Photobooth: Boho backdrop features such as macrame wall, wooden teepee tent, or arch with pampas grass.
- Couple Seating: Pair of premium Rattan / Peacock chairs or a decorated wooden swing with floral strings.
Lounge & Furniture
- Low Seating: 3-4 casual lounge pockets. Each includes a low wooden pallet table, jute rugs, and 6-8 floor cushions.
- Table Decor: 10-12 centerpieces with mason jars, dried wheat, wood slices, and candles.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Overhead: Installation of bistro style string bulbs (approx 200-300 running feet) or fairy light canopies.
- Flooring: Jute rugs or carpets to define lounge areas on the lawn or floor.

- Trussing: Aluminum truss setup to hang chandeliers or floral ceilings.
- Tech: Includes lighting engineer and 12-16 intelligent moving heads (Sharpies) and washers.
- Chandeliers: 4-6 Crystal or Vintage chandeliers suspended over dance floor or dining area.
Florals & Furniture
- Installations: 2 large scale statement props like artificial floral trees or 6ft tall candelabras.
- Floral Mix: Dense arrangements using premium artificial blooms for structure and fresh imported flowers (Orchids, Hydrangeas) for details.
- Lounge: Setup of 2 VIP lounge sections with 3-seater plush sofas and coffee tables.
- Entrance: 10ft thematic entrance arch or tunnel.

- Glam nights (Sangeet, Cocktail): Expect drama, bold colors, disco balls, plush sofas, and sometimes larger-than-life installations. If you want the place to dazzle, I’m your guy.
- Chilled-out sundowners: Pure boho feels - think rattan, peacock chairs, pampas grass, and string lights everywhere. We do those relaxed, earthy setups that make everyone want to lounge.
- Intimate dinners: Love setting up surreal, candlelit tables, especially outdoors or by the sea. Rustic, vintage, heavy on the mood with custom touches.
- Festive home decoration for Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi: We blend tradition with a twist, using everything from neon signs to hanging brass diyas and sunflower walls.
- Special moments: From whimsical baby showers to playful carnivals, I get a kick out of bringing quirky ideas to life.
