Intimate Sit-down Dinner Styling
Table Styling & Centerpiece
- The Runner: Runs the length of the table featuring seasonal blooms (roses, hydrangeas, baby's breath) mixed with fresh fruits (lemons, oranges, or pomegranates).
- Vessels: Varying glass cylinder vases used to create height and texture.
- Lighting: Cluster of 10-15 glass votives with tea lights and LED pillar candles.
Place Settings
- Stationery: Custom-designed single leaf menu cards (heavy cardstock).
- Name Tags: Unique tags for each guest, such as calligraphy on fresh fruit or leaf tags attached to napkins.
- Linens: Colored linen/cotton mix napkins folded or knotted to match the palette.
Entrance Decor
- Welcome Console: Styling of one existing sideboard with a 2.5ft asymmetrical floral arrangement.
- Floor Accents: 6-8 large floor-standing cylinder vases with floating candles or tall floral stems framing the area.
Execution
- Design: Digital mood board provided prior to event.
- Logistics: Includes transport of delicate glass/perishables and approx 3-hour setup time.
Themed Backdrop & Prop Setup
Main Feature Area (10ft x 8ft)
- Backdrop Structure: Customized paneling options including pastel arch panels, shimmer walls, or themed flex prints.
- Balloon Art: Organic-style garland (15-20 running feet) cascading over the backdrop using double-stuffed matte/chrome balloons and foil accents.
- Signage: Laser-cut acrylic name sign or Neon text mounted on the backdrop.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylinder pedestals with color-coordinated or printed vinyl wraps.
3D Props & Flooring
- Large Props: 2 large (4ft+) and 3 medium (2ft-3ft) props such as fiberglass animal statues or themed cutouts.
- Flooring: 10x10ft printed flex or carpet under the main setup to cover venue flooring.
Guest Area & Lighting
- Centerpieces: 5 units of themed table centerpieces (mini figurines or cutouts).
- Welcome Area: Themed welcome board on an easel with a 6ft semi-arch balloon garland.
- Lighting: 4-6 LED par cans to uplight the backdrop and props.
Full Venue Transformation
Grand Entrance & Walkway
- Arrival Arch: 8ft x 10ft structure featuring dense floral styling (mix of artificial structure and fresh fillers) or themed tunnel.
- Ceiling Treatment: Overhead draping or hanging floral installations (Wisteria/Greenery vines) covering approx 400 sq. ft of the walkway or dining area.
Stage & Photo Op Zone
- Grand Structure: 12ft x 10ft heavy fabrication setup, such as velvet paneled walls or massive floral rings.
- Floral Density: Opulent arrangements using premium blooms (Roses, Lilies, Orchids).
- Flooring: High-gloss carpet or printed vinyl flooring for the stage area.
Dining & Lighting
- Table Centerpieces: 10-12 tall structures (Candelabras or Gold stands) with dense floral balls.
- Ceiling Lighting: Installation of 2-3 Crystal Chandeliers hung from trusses.
- Mood Lighting: 20+ warm uplighters and pin-spots strategically placed to highlight decor.
Furniture Styling
- Lounge: Styling of one seating cluster with themed cushion covers and decorated coffee table.
- Bar: Custom fascia for the bar counter with small floral arrangements on top.
