About The Promise: Engagements & Proposals
Don't worry about being photogenic. My engagement shoots are about movement and conversation, not stiff posing. We often start with a 30-45 minute mini-portrait session to help you settle in, so by the time the rings are exchanged, you have already forgotten the camera is even there.
Engagement is the bridge between the 'yes' and the 'I do.' Whether you are planning an intimate surprise proposal at a quiet Mumbai beach or a formal engagement ceremony with your extended family, the focus remains the same: the emotions that spark in the air.
I work with a 3-person team to ensure we catch everything from the big ring-exchange moment to the small, shy smiles shared when no one else is looking. My style is less about directed photography and more about storytelling. I use natural light to create that dreamy, cinematic look, focusing on the texture of your outfits, the glow on your face, and the chemistry you share.
For those concerned about the process, I keep things simple. We spend the first part of our time together getting comfortable, usually through a mini-portrait session before the crowd arrives. This helps me capture authentic reactions during the ring ceremony, the laughter during toasts, and those quiet, 'Tum se' moments you will want to remember forever. All photos are color-graded to keep that warm, romantic aesthetic that reflects your personality, not just a standard wedding trend.
