Festival Stage Design & Production Process
We don't just show up on the day. See how we plan your festival production with 3D renders, in-house fabrication, and detailed technical rigging.
I believe in showing you the vision before we build it. This video compares the initial design sketch for the Kheranicha Raja Aagman Sohala with the final result, demonstrating how I accurately bring my concepts to life with lights, lasers, and LEDs.
This is a 3D render I created for the Kheranicha Raja Aagman Sohala in 2024. This design phase is crucial for planning the placement of every light and LED panel to create a balanced and impactful final setup.
This animated render shows how the lighting for the Kheranicha Raja setup was programmed to work. I use this visualization process to plan dynamic lighting sequences that will bring the entire structure to life during the event.
This video shows the final result of the Kheranicha Raja welcome ceremony setup from 2023. The vertical LED pillars, combined with laser and beam effects, created a stunning visual spectacle that began with a patriotic Indian flag display.
This is a behind-the-scenes look at my team in action. From loading the trucks at our workshop to climbing the trusses to rig lights, my dedicated crew works tirelessly to ensure every event is set up perfectly and safely.
About Our Process & Design
Every setup starts with a 3D render so you know exactly where every light, truss, and LED panel goes before we even load the truck. We don't guess at your festival—we map out the visuals, from laser angles to audio coverage, so the final production on-site matches the vision we promised.
Designing a grand festival setup isn't just about renting gear; it's about engineering the experience. When you book us for a Ganpati Aagman or a Navratri stage, the process starts with a 3D render. We map out the truss structure, the LED panel placement, and the laser trajectories so you get a clear picture of the final look.
Festivals like these have no room for error. Whether it’s the Kheranicha Raja setup or a Palkhi procession, our 5000 sq. ft. workshop in Vashi is where we fabricate the themes and test the rigging.
Our Production Workflow
- Visualization: We share the design render to finalize the height, width, and lighting density. This prevents last-minute structural issues at the venue.
- In-House Prep: By keeping fabrication under one roof, we ensure the truss dimensions and lighting sync programs are fully tested before we arrive.
- Execution: Our technical team, including lighting engineers and riggers, handles the goal-post trusses, LED walls, and special effects like cold pyro safely and efficiently.
You deal directly with the producers, not middlemen. This keeps our pricing transparent and communication fast, whether you are planning a massive public gathering or a private welcome ceremony.
