The Wash
- Products: Usage of professional-grade shampoos and conditioners (L'Oreal Professional or Wella).
- Scalp Massage: 2-3 minute scalp manipulation during the conditioning phase.
The Cut
- Tier Selection: Service performed by either a Senior Stylist (Lower price range) or Director Ajay Kaloya (Higher price range).
- Technique: Precision cutting including layering, texturizing, feathering, or bob-cuts.
- Duration: Approximately 45-60 minutes total chair time.
The Finish
- Blow-Dry: Professional blow-dry setting.
- Style Options: Choice of Poker Straight, Classic In-Curls, or Voluminous Out-Waves.
- Products: Application of Moroccanoil or serum for frizz control.
Global Hair Color or Root Touch-Up
Shade Selection
- Consultation: Matching color to skin tone, ranging from Chocolate Browns and Burgundy to Natural Black.
- Patch Test: Performed if required to check for sensitivity.
Application
- Product: Professional creme color (L'Oreal/Wella) in Ammonia or Ammonia-free options.
- Scope: Single process application. Covers either Root Touch-up (approx. 1/2 tube) or Global Color (root to tip).
- Coverage: Guaranteed 100% grey coverage if applicable.
Post-Color Care
- Wash: Shampoo specifically designed to seal color cuticles.
- Mask: Post-color hydration mask to prevent dryness.
- Finish: Standard blast dry.
