Artificial Landscape Grass Installation
Material Grade Options
- Economy (Low Range): 25mm pile height with lower stitch density and a lighter green shade.
- Premium (High Range): 35mm to 45mm pile height with high density (16,000+ stitches/sqm). Features 4-tone color (emerald/olive mix with brown thatch) for a realistic soft-touch feel.
- Specs: UV-stabilized yarns (3-5 year fade resistance) and double-layer backing with pre-punched holes for water drainage.
Installation Scope
- Fixing: Spot pasting or perimeter pasting using industrial synthetic rubber adhesive.
- Finishing: On-site cutting to fit around pillars, drain caps, and corners. Invisible seaming tape used for joints wider than roll width.
- Surface: Applied over existing tiles or cement after basic sweeping. Does not include civil leveling.

Panel Aesthetics
- Standard (Low Range): Uniform foliage (Boxwood/Clover) with a flat look (4-6cm depth) and primary green color.
- Exotic 3D (High Range): Dense "Jungle" look featuring ferns, long grasses, and colored accents. High depth (10-15cm protrusion) creates a realistic shadow effect.
- Material: UV-protected Virgin Plastic with a matte finish to reduce plastic shine.
Installation Scope
- Mounting: Direct screwing or nailing of interlocking grid panels onto the existing wall surface (plaster, ply, or drywall).
- Customization: Cutting grid mesh to fit around switchboards, AC units, and wall edges.
- Requirements: Price covers installation on ready-to-drill walls; it excludes fabrication of separate frames for damp or uneven surfaces.
