Core Foundation & Stability

My Mat Pilates sessions focus on building deep core strength, which is the foundation for better posture and overall stability. We use controlled, low-impact movements to activate and strengthen the abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back.

Flexibility & Spinal Health

A healthy spine is a flexible spine, and finding *sukoon* (peace) in movement is key. In my classes, we incorporate gentle movements that improve spinal mobility and stretch the back, chest, and shoulders to counteract the effects of daily sitting.
