Pigmentation and Skin Tone Correction with Laser Therapy
We use medical-grade Alma laser technology to target stubborn pigmentation and restore even skin tone, helping you regain confidence with safe, clinical procedures.
This is a close-up of a Carbon Laser Peel, a procedure I use to treat acne pigmentation, melasma, and enlarged pores. The laser interacts with the carbon paste to exfoliate the skin and even out its tone.
A client undergoing a pigmentation treatment session. I use specific laser wavelengths to safely target and break down unwanted pigment in the skin, leading to a clearer and more uniform complexion.
For clients seeking an immediate improvement in radiance, I offer laser treatments designed for an instant face glow. This procedure helps to brighten the skin and is perfect before an event.
This video shows both a laser scar removal procedure and a Photofacial. A Photofacial uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat sun damage and pigmentation, resulting in brighter, more even-toned skin.
My clinic offers advanced pigment removal laser treatments and skin lightening protocols. These are designed to safely and effectively correct discoloration and improve overall skin brightness.
About Pigmentation and Skin Tone Correction
We approach pigmentation by first identifying the depth of the discoloration. For surface issues like sun spots or dullness, we typically use Carbon Laser Toning, which exfoliates and brightens the skin instantly. For deeper melasma or persistent marks, we utilize our ClearLift Q-Switch laser to break down pigment at the dermal level without requiring any downtime.
Understanding Your Skin Concerns
Pigmentation often stems from hormonal fluctuations, sun exposure, or post-acne marks. In our RT Nagar clinic, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all fixes. Our process starts with a skin analysis to determine if your pigmentation is epidermal or dermal.
Our Laser Protocols
We rely on the Alma Harmony XL Pro platform for most of our corrective treatments:
- Carbon Laser Toning: Often called the lunchtime facial, this uses a carbon paste and Q-Switch laser energy to deep clean pores, exfoliate dead skin, and improve radiance. It is effective for uneven skin tone and large pores.
- ClearLift Q-Switch: This non-ablative laser delivers photo-acoustic energy to shatter pigment clusters. It is our primary tool for treating melasma and stubborn dark spots because it targets the pigment without harming the surrounding healthy tissue.
What to Expect During Treatment
You might feel a sensation similar to tiny rubber band snaps or mild warmth during the procedure. There is no social downtime. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the session. While you may see a glow immediately after Carbon Laser Toning, treating deeper melasma requires a series of sessions to achieve gradual, consistent fading. We will outline the expected number of sessions during your initial consultation based on your skin type and the severity of the pigmentation.
