Root Canal Treatment (RCT)
Diagnostics & Prep
- Includes pre-operative and mid-treatment IOPA X-rays to visualize root length.
- Local anesthesia administration to numb the specific tooth and nerve.
Cleaning & Shaping
- Decay removal and access opening to locate nerve channels.
- Complete removal of infected pulp.
- Root canal shaping using flexible Rotary NiTi files for precision cleaning.
- Chemical irrigation with Sodium Hypochlorite to flush out bacteria.
- Exact root length measurement using an electronic Apex Locator.
Sealing
- Permanent sealing of canals with biocompatible Gutta Percha.
- Temporary cement filling to seal the cavity.
- Note: Permanent Ceramic/Zirconia crown is not included.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction
Specialist Assessment
- Consultation with an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to assess impaction depth.
- Includes sterile surgical kit setup and draping.
The Surgery
- Local anesthesia (Lignocaine 2% with Adrenaline) using Nerve Block technique.
- Gum incision and flap elevation to expose the tooth.
- Bone guttering (osteotomy) and tooth sectioning if required for safe removal.
- Extraction of tooth roots and socket curettage to clear debris.
Recovery Care
- Saline irrigation of the extraction site.
- Suturing (stitches) for wound closure.
- Hemostasis using sterile gauze bite packs.
- Includes follow-up visit on Day 7 for suture removal.
Laser Teeth Whitening
Pre-Treatment
- Ultrasonic scaling and polishing to remove plaque before whitening.
- Cheek retraction to maintain a dry environment.
- Application of light-cured Blue Dam resin barrier to protect gums.
Whitening Cycles
- Application of high-concentration Hydrogen/Carbamide Peroxide gel on visible front teeth.
- Laser activation to accelerate stain breakdown.
- Includes 2 to 3 cycles of gel application (15 minutes each) in one sitting.
Post-Care
- Application of desensitizing gel or fluoride paste to minimize sensitivity.
- Shade guide comparison to verify tone improvement.
