Hygiene & Care
- Sterile Setup: Use of sterilized or disposable cautery tips and gloves.
- Dressing: Spot cleaning with Betadine followed by a round spot bandage.
- Post-Op: Immediate application of antibiotic cream to prevent infection.
Laser Tattoo Removal (Small Area)
Pre-Procedure
- Skin Prep: Fitzpatrick scale assessment, alcohol cleaning, and shaving of the area.
- Numbing: Topical anesthetic cream (lidocaine) applied 20-30 mins prior to reduce snapping sensation.
Laser Application
- Equipment: Application of US FDA Approved Alma ClearLift / Q-Switch Laser.
- Reaction: Selective photothermolysis causing immediate "frosting" (white residue) of the pigment.
- Time: 10-15 minutes of active laser time for small designs (e.g., wrist name).
Aftercare
- Cooling: Immediate ice pack or cool air application to soothe heat.
- Protection: Antibiotic ointment and sterile gauze dressing applied to the treated area.

Surgical Steps
- Anesthesia: Local block injection to completely numb the earlobe.
- Technique: Scalpel excision to "freshen" torn edges creating raw surfaces for bonding.
- Closure: Layered suturing (front and back) using fine, non-absorbable medical-grade sutures.
Recovery Support
- Dressing: Application of a waterproof dressing.
- Suture Removal: Includes a follow-up visit (7-10 days later) to remove stitches.
- Note: Re-piercing is not included and requires 3-6 months of healing.
Chalazion Eye Cyst Removal
