FIR Problems? Here’s What I Do

Police refusing to file your FIR? Happens a lot. I help you push back:

• First, we send a complaint to senior police officers.
• If nothing moves, I file a private complaint in court under BNSS.
• The court can order the police to register your FIR and start investigating.

I’ve seen families broken by injustice, like in a recent case where a woman’s death was brushed off as suicide. We got the court to order a fresh FIR. That’s how we fight for justice.
