Law is not just a profession for me, but a public trust. I believe in standing by the community and ensuring legal support is accessible to those who need it most.

This news article covers my pledge, as part of the 'Kanuni Vikas Manch', to provide free bail assistance to farmers in the Noida and Greater Noida area who are facing legal action.

A copy of a letter I sent to the Noida Authority regarding illegal parking licenses causing traffic jams. I believe in using legal channels to address public grievances that affect the daily lives of citizens.

This CCTV footage shows the horrific abuse of a domestic helper. I publicly offered my legal services free of charge to the victim and her family through the 'Rashtriya Lokadhikar Sangh' to ensure she gets justice.

These photos show me with fellow members of the 'Rashtriya Lokadhikar Sangh'. We regularly meet to plan legal awareness camps and provide free legal assistance to those who cannot afford it.

About Law as a Public Trust: My Social Commitment

My practice is not confined to the courtroom. Whether it is advocating for the rights of farmers in Noida through the Kanuni Vikas Manch or using legal channels to address local grievances like unauthorized parking that impacts citizen mobility, I treat every case as a social responsibility. I believe that being a lawyer means actively protecting the community, ensuring that justice is not just a word in the law books but a reality for those who feel unheard.

I hold a firm belief that law is a sarvajanik trust (public trust). Legal knowledge is a powerful tool, and it is my duty to ensure this knowledge reaches the people who need it.

Why I Lead with Social Commitment

Legal issues often arise from a lack of information. People frequently get into trouble not because they intend to break the law, but because they do not understand the kanuni prakriya (legal process). Through the Rashtriya Lokadhikar Sangh, I organize awareness camps to demystify complex legal procedures, from bail applications to property rights. My goal is simple: to make the law less intimidating and more accessible to the common citizen.

My Approach to Public Advocacy

  • Direct Intervention: When I see injustice, I act. Whether it is highlighting illegal parking licenses that violate the constitutional right to freedom of movement or standing up for domestic helpers facing abuse, I provide my legal services to ensure the vulnerable have a voice.
  • Bridging the Gap: There is a significant distance between the law and the common person. I bridge this by offering legal awareness in plain language. You do not need to be a scholar to understand your rights; you just need someone who can explain them clearly.
  • Empowerment through Awareness: I focus on preemptive education. Knowing your rights—such as police procedure during arrests or the correct way to file a complaint—can often prevent a legal crisis before it starts.

My work is guided by the philosophy that punya karma (good deeds) and professional integrity go hand in hand. If you or your community are facing legal challenges, know that you are not standing alone.
