I keep things simple - no fancy jargon, just clear answers. Property law can get messy, but I believe everyone should know their rights, especially when misinformation is everywhere.

What I Handle

I cover most things related to property and real estate law:

• Family property rights in India: Sorting out inheritance, Will (Vasiyat) issues, daughters’ and women’s property ownership laws, and who gets what in family property splits. I always explain your rights, even when things get emotional.
• Property partition suit procedure: If co-owners can’t agree, I guide you through partition suits, making sure the court process and the Partition Deed are solid and registered.
• Landlord tenant disputes: Whether it’s a stuck security deposit or a landlord-tenant fight, I help you recover what’s yours and bust common myths (like tenants claiming ownership).
• Sale deed vs agreement to sell: When buying or selling, I break down legal documents so you don’t get trapped by promises that aren’t legally binding.

Where You’ll Find Me

Most of my work happens in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Chandigarh. I represent clients in High Court and Supreme Court too. I’ll always tell you what’s realistic, not just what sounds good.
