• If your parents own property, it's their right to use, gift, or sell it while they're alive. Staying there is their kindness, not your legal right.

Landlord-Tenant Issues

• Never skip a rental agreement. If a tenant stays 12 years without one, 'kabza' (adverse possession) risk is real. One small paper can save your property.

Neighbour Fights & Privacy

• Property damage by neighbours? No need to shout, just record proof and file a police complaint.
• Installing CCTV? Don't point it at your neighbour's private space - it's illegal without written permission (Right to Privacy).

Money & Recovery

• Lent cash with no proof? You can still file a recovery suit. Your word matters in court.
• Harassed by loan agents? RBI rules protect you. File a complaint if needed.

Inheritance & Succession

• No will left? You need a succession certificate from district court to legally claim assets.

Simple Consumer Rights

• Free water at restaurants is your right. Complain on 1915 if denied.
• Trouble with govt departments? Use CPGRAMS - PMO actually monitors this.
