About In the Office: Strategy & Preparation
People think the courtroom is where the case is won, but I disagree. The battle is often decided right here at my desk, hours before the hearing starts. If your initial complaint or notice is weak, your entire case becomes an uphill climb. My job in the office is to make sure that by the time we step in front of the judge, your argument is tight, documented, and ready to face any challenge the other side throws at us.
The most common mistake I see? People waiting until they get a court notice to find a lawyer. By then, mistakes have already been made. My strategy is simple: start early.
