About Civil Litigation
I believe law is about helping people find real solutions, not just winning cases. My approach to civil litigation is shaped by the value of kritajnata (gratitude) and the wish that sabko sukh mile (everyone finds happiness). This isn’t just a motto for me—it's how I practice every day.
What I Handle
- Property dispute resolution: From tough land acquisition fights to family property issues, I try to keep things practical and honest, even when the process gets dragged out.
- Consumer court lawyer: I take up cases before the NCDRC and other forums, making sure your voice doesn’t get lost in the paperwork.
- Contract enforcement cases: Whether it’s a broken agreement or a full-blown contract mess, I stay focused on getting to the core of the problem.
- Motor accident claims: Beyond just chasing compensation, I push for systems that actually help accident victims, like cashless treatments.
Where I Work
You’ll mostly find me in Delhi (Tis Hazari Court is my base), but I work across the Supreme Court, High Courts (Delhi, Bombay, and more), and all sorts of tribunals. If you’re not in Delhi, chinta mat karo (don’t worry)—I handle virtual court representation for clients from everywhere.
I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I do promise to put my best into every case and keep things straight with you, even when the law gets tricky.

My Story
We’re Aksapada Advocates. Law’s been our world since Campus Law Centre, Delhi days. That place didn’t just give us degrees, it gave us our roots. ‘Vidya dhanam sarva dhanam pradhanam’ (Knowledge is the greatest wealth)—that’s our mantra, always. From Supreme Court battles to cheering on family wins, every step just deepens our drive for justice. Nostalgia, pride, a bit of humility—these things keep us going.
