Why I Do This

I see myself more as a problem-solver than just a lawyer. My aim is always to help people get real relief, not drag things forever. Sometimes, the best fix isn’t in court. I’ll always try for a compromise first - “bhai, sulah kar lo” (bro, settle it) is often my first advice.

How I Handle Disputes

• I dig deep into the facts, run through every angle, and don’t just stick to the usual route.
• If a peaceful solution is possible, I’ll push for it. Alternative dispute resolution strategies (like arbitration or negotiation) can save time, money, and stress.
• But if we have to go to court, I’m hands-on - from drafting notices to prepping every document. I don’t leave things half-baked. I’ve represented clients in District and High Courts, and I don’t shy away from tough cases.

What I Offer

• Arbitration case representation - I know both sides, since I’ve even been an Arbitrator myself.
• Consumer protection legal advice - I handle cases under the Consumer Protection Act, all the way from district forums to the Supreme Court if needed.
• Contract dispute solutions - Business fights over contracts? I’m used to sorting these out, whether through talk or in front of a judge.
