High Court & NCDRC Commercial Litigation Filing
Legal Strategy & Drafting
- Consultation: 1 hour in person session to formulate litigation strategy at the Lajpat Nagar or Tis Hazari office.
- Drafting: Preparation of the Plaint/Petition (approx. 20 to 50 pages) including facts, grounds, and prayer.
- Vetting: Final review and settlement of the draft by the Founder.
- Research: Inclusion of relevant case laws and legal precedents.
Filing & Appearance
- Process Management: Handling of all registry procedures, defect curing, and listing at Delhi High Court, NCDRC, or relevant tribunal.

- Quantification: Assistance in quantifying damages and claims (excludes external forensic audit fees).
Submission & Compliance
- Filing: Physical or digital filing of the claim with the Arbitrator or Tribunal.
- Service: Managing the courier or email service of the claim to the opposing party.
Review & Revisions
- Founder Review: Final settling of the pleading by Adv. Birendra Mishra to ensure arguments on Limitation and Jurisdiction are watertight.
- Revisions: One round of changes based on client input prior to final filing.
