Sagar Panghal: Legal Practice & Law Mentorship
A look into my work as a Supreme Court advocate and mentor for law aspirants. From authoring CLAT guidebooks to active courtroom strategy, here is how I approach the law.
Dressed in my advocate's robes and surrounded by law books, holding the CLAT guide I authored. This image represents my dual commitment: practicing law at the highest level and providing you with the tools to start your own journey. This book is the first step in your legal career.
Dekho, cracking law entrance exams has changed. In this video, I explain how my CLAT book is the only guide you need. It’s designed for the new pattern and covers everything for CLAT, AILET, SLAT, and other major law tests, with detailed explanations that make self-study effective.
It was an honor to interact with the bright minds at SRCC, Delhi University. This video captures moments from my guest lecture, where we discussed the practical side of law. My goal is to bridge the gap between classroom theory and actual courtroom practice.
Mark my words, the era of law is coming. In this clip, I explain why I believe the legal profession will see the same boom that engineering saw in 2010. The demand for sharp legal minds is growing, and I am here to help you be a part of it.
Here I am, deeply focused while judging an Intra Moot Court Competition. It's in these moments, assessing arguments and providing feedback, that I help shape the next generation of litigators. Practical skills are built through practice and expert guidance.
This is the goal for many of us. Standing before the Supreme Court of India with my team of young, bright advocates. This is what dedication, hard work, and the right mentorship can lead to. I am here to guide you on this path.
I always give this advice to young lawyers: justice must come before fees. This clip from a podcast explains my philosophy on taking pro bono cases and serving the underprivileged. Your blessings and reputation are worth more than any fee.
About Featured
Whether you are a student tackling the new CLAT pattern or someone seeking legal representation, my work covers both sides of the coin. I do not just teach law; I practice it at the Supreme Court daily. This gallery shows that intersection—from the study material I author for aspirants to the courtrooms where I argue cases, offering you a perspective that is rooted in real-world application rather than just theory.
My approach to the legal profession is defined by two principles: clarity and accessibility.
For Law Aspirants
I wrote my CLAT guide because I saw students struggling with expensive coaching that failed to explain the 'why' behind answers. This book acts as a self-study manual, packing over 5,000 questions with detailed reasoning to help you understand the nuances of Torts, Contracts, and Constitutional law without the fluff. Beyond the book, I conduct workshops at universities like SRCC and K.R. Mangalam to bridge the gap between classroom theory and the courtroom reality you will eventually face.
For Legal Clients
My courtroom practice focuses on criminal law, family disputes, and cyber crime. I believe that justice should be the priority, not fees. This is why I maintain a pro bono practice alongside my commercial work. If you are looking for representation at the Supreme Court or need honest legal advisory, my focus is on clear, strategic advice that helps you navigate complex legal systems efficiently.
Mentorship Philosophy
I often tell my juniors: patience is your greatest asset. Whether you are prepping for AILET, SLAT, or starting your first year in litigation, the path is demanding. My mentorship is designed to be unfiltered—we discuss career paths, CV reviews, and the practical realities of the bar, ensuring you are prepared for what the profession actually demands.
Sagar Panghal
I come from Rohtak, studied at Symbiosis, and now practice at the Supreme Court. My mission is simple: cut through the legal jargon so you can either crack your entrance exam or get the representation you deserve.
