Handmade Crochet Animal Toys & Plushies
Soft, durable, and stitched one by one. I create these handmade animal companions right here in my Ukhrul studio, using safe, high-quality yarn that is meant to be hugged and kept for years.

About Handmade Animal Friends
Every animal friend you see here is stitched from durable, hypoallergenic yarn, so they are just as safe for little ones as they are soft for display. Since I make these entirely by hand from my home in Ukhrul, I focus on tight, secure stitches that hold their shape even after plenty of hugs, ensuring each piece lasts as a keepsake.
When you choose a handmade toy, you are choosing something with character. I primarily use two types of yarn depending on the feel you want. For standard amigurumi animals like my foxes and giraffes, I use a cotton-blend yarn that creates a smooth, defined stitch and keeps the toy firm. If you prefer something softer to cuddle, I use premium chenille or velvet yarn for my large plushies, which gives them a cloud-like texture.
Quality and Safety
Each toy is filled with high-grade hypoallergenic polyester fiberfill. I take extra care with the internal structure; parts are securely attached and seams are reinforced to ensure they are safe for children. While these are durable, I recommend hand-washing to keep them clean and to preserve their shape.
Customization and Gifting
These animals make excellent gifts because they are personalized. If you have a favorite animal in mind or need a specific color scheme to match a nursery, just let me know. I can create anything from a small dinosaur to a large, squishy bear. Because every piece is made by hand in my home workshop, I pour a lot of patience into each loop.
A Note on Process
My work is not mass-produced, so small orders are usually ready to ship promptly. However, for larger sets or bulk party favors, please reach out with some lead time so I can manage the stitching process without rushing. Each animal that leaves my studio carries a piece of my home in Manipur with it, and I am always grateful to see them find new families.
