Dominating State & Zonal Swimming Meets
Results are not accidents. They are the product of biomechanics, mental toughness, and my No Garbage Yardage philosophy. If you want to stand on the podium, this is how we do it.
This is what a clean sweep looks like. My swimmers dominating the SGFI School State Swimming Championship, leading to first-place trophies in both the U-17 and U-19 categories.
The results from just three weeks of competition: 3 trophies, 67 medals, and countless personal bests. This group photo captures the success of my swimmers at the Gurugram and State swim meets.
Prapti Ghose being awarded the 'Best Swimmer' trophy at the CBSE North Zone Games after winning 5 gold medals in 5 events. This level of dominance is what my high-intensity clinics are designed to produce.
Veera Prathambir holding her trophy after securing 5 medals, including 3 golds, at the CBSE North Zone swim meet. Her gold and personal best in the 200m Individual Medley, a new event for her, shows her versatility.
Yatharth Thakran proudly displaying his first gold medal from the CBSE North Zone games. He dropped an incredible 5 seconds in 50-meter events within just 5 months of joining my academy.
Veera Prathambir on the top of the podium at the CBSE North Zone meet. She won with a 2-second margin in the 50m backstroke against a tough field that included national-level swimmers.
Another qualification for the National Games. Here I am with Prapti Ghose after she won 5 medals at the CBSE Swim Meet, swimming the fastest 100m freestyle across all age groups.
Two swimmers, two 'Best Performance' trophies. Prapti Ghose holding her awards after she and a teammate brought home 8 gold medals from the SGFI State Championship.
With my two champions, Veera and Prapti, at the SGFI State Championship. Sending two swimmers and having both return with top honors is a testament to our focused training program.
One of the two 'Best Performance' trophies won by my swimmers at the SGFI State Championship. We don't just participate; we aim for total domination.
About Dominating State & Zonal Meets
My swimmers do not just log laps. We use underwater video analysis and biomechanical drag reduction drills to engineer speed. Prapti Ghose did not win five gold medals at the CBSE North Zone meet because of luck. She won because we systematically identified a weakness in her catch phase and rebuilt her turn transitions. That is the Ace Aquatic difference. We train for the podium, not just the race.
The Science of the Podium
I run my competitive squad on a simple principle: Train Fast To Swim Fast. We move away from the traditional model of endless, aimless laps. Instead, every session is built on periodization planning where we track metabolic efficiency and neuromuscular firing rates. We use high-frame-rate video analysis on the pool deck to provide immediate visual feedback. If a swimmer is dragging their hips or missing their catch, we fix it in the moment, not weeks later.
Proven Track Record
The results speak for themselves. In the last three weeks alone, my swimmers secured 67 medals and 3 trophies. This includes Umang Joshi, who set the record for the fastest 50m freestyle ever by a swimmer trained inside Haryana at 24.48s. Whether it is Prapti Ghose becoming the 4th fastest female swimmer in the state or Yatharth Thakran dropping five seconds off his 50m event in just five months, the goal is always consistent: breaking plateaus.
What We Prepare For
My coaching clinics and squad management focus on the specific demands of high-level competitions like:
- SGFI State Swimming Championships: We focus on the mental toughness required for clean sweeps.
- CBSE North Zone Games: We optimize race strategies, reaction times, and touch finishes.
- National Games Qualification: We design macro-cycles to ensure peak performance at the right time.
Swimming is a team sport built on individual grit. I provide the mentorship and the data, but the swimmer brings the ambition. If you are ready to stop participating and start dominating, this is where you belong.
Ace Aquatic Academy
I am Ashish, the head coach of Ace Aquatic Academy. I stopped counting medals a long time ago because the real kick is watching a student drop seconds off their personal best and realizing they have what it takes to compete at the national level. I do not sugarcoat the training, but I promise if you put in the work, you will see the results on the podium.
