Fun Sangeet Group Dance Choreography for Friends and Family
Get your entire crew on the dance floor. Whether it is a surprise bridesmaid performance, an epic groomsmen battle, or a fun cousins dance, I design routines that make everyone feel confident and look like a pro.
This is what happens when a Sangeet performance becomes the party anthem for the whole wedding. The routine was so catchy that everyone, including the bride, joined in on the dance floor later.
The bride's cousins came to own the stage with this powerful group performance. I love working with family groups to create a surprise for the couple that is full of energy and love.

About Sangeet Squads: Friends & Family
One of the biggest hurdles with group dances is managing different skill levels. I do not try to force everyone into complex, identical moves that look messy if one person is out of sync. Instead, I focus on 'formation blocking' and simple, rhythmic steps that make you look incredibly coordinated from the audience's perspective. My approach ensures that even the shiest person in your group feels comfortable and energised on stage, rather than focused on counting steps.
Why a group dance works
A Sangeet isn't a dance academy recital. It is a party. The best group performances are the ones where the energy is high, the smiles are real, and the squad is clearly having a blast. When I work with friends and family, my goal is to strip away the pressure.
My process for your squad
- Skill Assessment: I quickly evaluate the group dynamic. If you have a mix of trained dancers and people who have never stepped on a stage, I balance the routine so the 'pros' can shine while the beginners stay within their comfort zone.
- Audio Editing: I provide custom mixed tracks, ensuring the transitions between songs are seamless and the length is perfect for a stage performance.
- Formation Blocking: This is the secret to making a group look professional. I plan your entries, exits, and stage positioning so you always have space and look good in photos and videos.
- Tutorials: If your group is scattered across cities, I provide custom video tutorials so you can practice independently and come together for a final polish.
Whether you want a high-energy Bollywood mashup or a creative concept piece like a 'friends versus cousins' dance battle, I build the routine around your vibe. We can work in-person in Mumbai or Bangalore, or I can design everything virtually if you are based elsewhere. My job is to take the stress of coordination off your plate so you can focus on making memories with your favorite people.
