You do not need everyone in the same room to pull off a perfect flashmob. I use a hybrid model combining pre-recorded, step-by-step video tutorials for individual practice with targeted, high-energy in-person rehearsals. This ensures that even if your team is spread across different offices, everyone arrives confident and synchronized for the final performance.
How My Corporate Flashmobs Work
Corporate events often have teams working in silos or across different time zones. My goal is to break that barrier through movement. When I design a flashmob for a company, I build it around 'hook steps'—simple, catchy, and high-impact movements that look impressive on stage but are easy for non-dancers to pick up quickly.
The Hybrid Training Approach
For most corporate clients, getting 50+ employees in one room for weeks of rehearsal is impossible. My process solves this:
- Virtual Foundation: I provide customized, multi-part video tutorials that participants can access on their own time. Each video breaks down the routine, so a CEO in Bangalore and a sales lead in Dubai are learning the exact same steps.
- Strategic Syncing: I design the choreography with specific entry and exit points. This allows us to blend dancers into a crowd seamlessly, turning a regular corporate gathering into a surprise spectacle.
- Live Polish: Once the team has mastered the basics via video, I fly in for intensive, condensed in-person sessions focused solely on formations, timing, and stage presence.
