About Group Jams & Lessons
In our group batches, you are not just learning notes in isolation. We limit our sessions to small groups of 4 to 6 students, which means you get to practice timing, listen to others, and actually jam together. Even if you are a beginner, you will be playing simple chords or melody lines along with me on the guitar, making the learning process feel like a real band practice from day one.
At AB Song's Music Academy in Koparkhairane, we believe music is a shared experience. That is why our group classes are designed to be interactive and fun rather than a formal lecture. We keep batch sizes small, usually between 4 to 6 students, so you get individual attention while still benefiting from the energy of others.
We avoid the boring theory overload approach. Instead, we jump straight into playing. Whether you are interested in guitar, keyboard, vocals, or tabla, you will start by learning simple rhymes or Bollywood hits. As you get comfortable, we introduce basic chord progressions and strumming patterns that allow you to jam with the group.
For those concerned about the setting, we operate out of an AC residential studio in Navi Mumbai, providing a comfortable space for you to focus. We also provide entry-level instruments for use during class, so you do not need to worry about bringing your own gear if you are just starting out. Our 8-session monthly packages are structured to keep you consistent without the pressure of a rigid conservatory.
