For cafes and restaurants, the menu photo is your most powerful sales tool. I create images that make your dishes look as delicious as they are in person. My focus is on capturing the texture, color, and essence of each dish, whether it's a towering burger, a cheesy pizza, or a delicate fine-dining plate.
A stack of pancakes needs to look fluffy and decadent. I captured the syrup dripping down the sides to create a sense of motion and appetite appeal, making it an irresistible breakfast option.
This classic Indian breakfast of poori and sabzi is shot with dark, contrasting elements to make the colors of the food stand out. The styling with pickles and onions completes the meal.
The key to this cheesy garlic bread shot was to capture the "cheese pull" feel. I used lighting from the side to create depth and highlight the golden-brown crust and gooey cheese.
For this wrap, I shot it cut in half to show the generous, colorful filling inside. This is a great technique for items where the interior is the main attraction.
