ArtBeat: Creative Retreats for Teams

I design art retreats for corporate teams looking for a meaningful way to connect and de-stress. These sessions use guided meditation, emotion-based drawing, and collaborative canvases to help colleagues build deeper bonds in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. The focus is on the shared experience and feeling lighter together, not on creating a perfect masterpiece.

Community Murals: Walls That Speak

I believe walls can be windows to our imagination. I collaborate with NGOs, schools, and local communities to transform public spaces with murals that tell their stories and reflect their dreams. From projects on water conservation in Gurugram to murals about equal rights in Arunachal Pradesh, every painting is a co-creation with the people who live there.

Humaar Kahaani, Humaar Rang: Art with Girls in Bihar

This is a special project I facilitated in Nadwan, a village in Bihar, not far from where I was born. Using drawing, storytelling, and theater, I worked with a group of adolescent girls to create a safe space for them to explore their stories and express their realities. The project culminated in a public mural co-created by all of us, bringing their voices and dreams onto a wall in their own community.

Art at Festivals & Events

I bring interactive art experiences to festivals and events. This includes setting up experiential art stalls like the 'Aabhar Kona' (Gratitude Corner) where people can engage in creative activities, and performing live event painting to capture the energy of an occasion on canvas. My goal is to make art a living, breathing part of any celebration.

Art for Social Change

For me, art is a tool for activism and healing. I partner with organizations and participate in fellowships to use creativity for social good. Whether it's painting murals to raise awareness about gender-based violence or facilitating workshops that bridge political borders, I am committed to using my art to spark dialogue and imagine a more just world.

My Artist's Journey

I didn't study art, I chose it. This is a collection of personal moments, thoughts, and the creative process that defines my life as a self-taught artist. It’s a space where I share my vulnerability, my search for meaning, and the simple belief that when nothing makes sense, painting does.
