Everything you see here is baked from scratch in my Vashi kitchen using real couverture chocolate, not compound. Whether you need a small bento cake for an anniversary or a brownie slab for a birthday, I focus on keeping things fresh and 100% eggless. Since I work from a home bakery, ordering 2 days in advance helps me prepare everything just right for your pickup or delivery.
My Baking Approach
My kitchen in Vashi is all about small batches and quality ingredients. I avoid shortcuts, meaning you get real, fudgy brownies and moist, flavourful cakes. Because I bake from home, I can control the quality of every single item, ensuring the 100% eggless promise is kept.

- Brownie Slabs & Bites: These are my signature. I use pure couverture chocolate for a deep, rich flavour. Whether you want the Nutella Hazelnut, Lotus Biscoff, or a custom birthday slab, these are designed to be decadent and shareable.
- Bento & Celebration Cakes: Perfect for intimate parties or surprise gestures. These small cakes are fully customisable with your choice of message and flavour.
- Customised Cupcakes: From pull-apart cupcake cakes for anniversaries to theme-based boxes for bridal showers, I love working on unique designs. You can even choose different fillings like salted caramel or praline.
How Ordering Works
- Freshness: Everything is baked to order. Your items stay fresh for 3 to 4 days at room temperature, making them great for planning ahead.
- Customisation: I love Pinterest-style requests. If you have a specific theme or a wild flavour idea like Rasmalai fusion, send me a message and we can chat about it.
- Delivery & Pickup: You can pick up directly from my store in Vashi, or I can arrange delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
