I don't believe in scripted shows; I believe in real connection. Whether I am hosting a tech summit or a grand award night, here is a glimpse into how I keep the energy high and the audience engaged.

This is what I mean by pure interaction. No fancy transitions, just me connecting with the audience and building up the energy in the room. Whether it's a crowd from Nagpur or Aurangabad, I make sure everyone feels seen and ready for a great event.

It was a pleasure to interview the one and only Aditya Roy Kapur. Sharing the stage with celebrities is always a highlight, and my goal is to create a comfortable and engaging conversation that the audience loves.

Ready for showtime at a tech meet-up for Microsoft and HP. For corporate events, I bring a sharp, professional presence to ensure the brand's message is delivered with clarity and confidence.

Hosting an employee recognition night for Lemon Tree Hotels. I believe appreciation is essential for motivation, and my focus is to make sure every awardee feels like a true star for their hard work and dedication.

My philosophy on stage is simple: Hosting isn't a performance, it's about being fully present. This shot from a Polycab Connect event captures that feeling of being fiercely and freely in the moment for the audience.

This is one of my core beliefs. It's not about using fancy words, but about connecting with intuition. The real mantra is to relate to everyone in the room, making the event feel personal and inclusive.

A great moment interacting with the gorgeous Mouni Roy at a grand opening event. My experience includes hosting high-profile launches and ensuring a seamless flow when sharing the stage with special guests.

About this collection

For me, the first five minutes of an event are make or break. I do not rely on pre-written intros that sound robotic. Instead, I scan the room, pick up on the crowd's vibe, and start by acknowledging where people have traveled from or what they are excited about. It turns a formal conference into a conversation, and keeps the energy authentic from the first hello.

I treat every event like a personal conversation. Whether I am hosting an employee recognition night for a hotel chain or facilitating a high-stakes tech summit for Microsoft, my approach remains the same: presence over performance.

My Approach to Hosting

  • Audience First: I do not hide behind a podium. I walk the floor, interact with guests, and ensure everyone feels like the main character.
  • Bilingual Flexibility: I switch between English and Hindi to ensure the message lands with everyone, from the front-row executives to the back-row attendees.
  • Corporate and Social: While I bring a sharp, professional tone to corporate galas and product launches, I bring a fun, high-energy vibe to sangeets and weddings.

Logistics and Preparation

I know that a great host is also a great partner. For every event, I include a 45-minute telephonic script review to get comfortable with your brand's technical jargon and event flow. I also arrive 60 minutes early to check the sound and stage environment. My goal is to handle the stage so you can focus on the business at hand. If the schedule runs behind, I use relevant brand trivia or crowd games to bridge the gap without losing momentum.
