How I Create Your Tote

I believe a bag should be an extension of your personality. My process starts with high-quality, eco-friendly cotton canvas, chosen for its durability and texture. From there, the design path splits based on what you need:

• Hand-Embellished: I use needlework to add thread tassels, pom-poms, or embroidery. These add a tactile, bohemian feel that you simply cannot find in mass-produced bags.
• Custom Prints: For events like farewells or reunions, I work with digital prints. We can incorporate photo collages or specific graphics to capture memories, as seen in the farewell bags I have designed for groups.
• Hand-Painted: I use fabric-fast acrylics to paint custom motifs directly onto the cotton surface.

Care & Maintenance

Because these are works of art, they require a little more care than a standard factory bag. For my embroidered and painted pieces, stick to gentle hand washing to preserve the thread work and paint integrity. If you have chosen a digitally printed design, they are a bit more robust and can handle a gentle machine cycle, though I always recommend hand washing for longevity.
