When you want to recreate a celebrity look, the magic is in the details. It's about finding the right shade of georgette or organza, figuring out the specific handwork for the bodice, and ensuring the embroidery matches the original's vibe without the heavy luxury markup. For instance, a designer saree that might cost lakhs can often be recreated in a high-quality, similar fabric for a fraction of the price.
My process is super hands-on. We start with a chat—sometimes in my studio, sometimes over WhatsApp—where we dissect the reference image. We talk about fabric constraints, neckline tweaks, and whether you want a different sleeve cut or a backless design. Since everything I do is made-to-order, we have the flexibility to adjust the pattern to your body type, not just a standard size.
I'm honest about what works and what doesn't. If a fabric won't hold a specific drape, I'll tell you upfront and suggest an alternative that achieves the same aesthetic goal.
