A quick tour of my pink cafe in Kharghar. I wanted to create a fun, welcoming space where you can enjoy everything from cakes and pastries to burgers and mojitos.

My Lotus Biscoff cheesecake is a must-try. It features a creamy cheesecake base on a crunchy Biscoff biscuit crust, topped with more biscuits and crumbs.

A basket of our crispy peri peri fries, perfectly seasoned for a spicy kick. This is a popular snack to enjoy any time of day at the cafe.

I believe taste is everything, and this cake is proof. It's a dark chocolate and strawberry cake, made with a soft chocolate sponge, vanilla buttercream, and topped with a generous amount of fresh, juicy strawberries and blueberries.
Your favorite characters can become edible art. Here, I hand-drew Merida from 'Brave' using colored buttercream, adding delicate buttercream leaves and flowers to frame the design on this coffee-flavored bento cake.
For grand celebrations, I love creating tiered cakes like this one. This three-tiered beauty features a vanilla sponge, is filled with fresh strawberry and blueberry filling, and is decorated with fresh white roses and delicate gold leaf accents.

This one is for the grown ups. It's a decadent chocolate cake soaked in Kahlua liqueur, covered in dark chocolate ganache, and decorated with festive chocolate shards. The aroma is just as incredible as the taste.
