About Our Equipment & Setup
One thing you should know is that the space matters. My 360 platform needs about a 10 by 10 foot area to operate safely. I bring the red carpet, velvet ropes, and all the lighting gear, but please ensure the venue has a flat floor or solid ground where I can set it up securely so your guests can dance and spin without worry.
When people ask me what makes my 360 video booth different, I tell them it is the stability of the hardware and the professional lighting. I use a heavy-duty metal rig that can hold 2 to 3 adults comfortably, so nobody feels like they are going to tip over while recording.
The Hardware Setup
- Platform: An 80cm to 100cm motorized base that spins smoothly.
- Camera: I use an iPhone 13 or 14 Pro for that crisp 4K output. It handles motion well without blurring.
- Lighting: I do not rely on venue lights. I bring a ring light on the arm plus extra RGB wand lights. This ensures that even in dim banquet halls, your slow-motion videos look bright and clear.
- The Vibe: I set up a red carpet runway with velvet stanchions. It creates a dedicated space where guests feel like celebrities.
I handle the tech side so your guests do not have to. They just step on, dance, and get their video instantly via QR or Airdrop. If you have a theme like a sangeet or a corporate launch, I can match the video template and overlay to fit your branding. I carry everything from the props to the money gun, so you do not need to arrange anything extra for the booth area.
