Crew & Coverage
- Team Strength: 6-7 member crew including 2 Senior Candid Photographers, 2 Cinematographers, 1 Traditional Photographer, and 1 Traditional Videographer.
- Duration: Up to 10 hours of coverage per day for 2 consecutive days (e.g., Sangeet & Wedding).
- Tech Specs: 4K shooting with Gimbal stabilization and Drone coverage for establishing venue shots.
Deliverables
- Social Teaser: 60-second Instagram reel delivered within 2 weeks.
- The Films: A 3-5 minute Cinematic Highlight film plus a 25-45 minute documentary-style full wedding film.
- Photos: 700+ color-corrected, high-resolution images delivered via cloud gallery.
- Raw Data: All raw photos and unedited video footage provided on client hard drive.
Logistics
- Timeline: Final delivery takes approximately 12-16 weeks.
- Travel: Costs excluded for events outside Mumbai base.

Client Logistics

- Images: 40-50 magazine-quality retouched portraits plus ~150 color-corrected JPEGs.
Exclusions
- Costs: Location permits, entry fees, crew travel outside Mumbai, and makeup/costumes are not included.
