About Our Firm & Recognition
We operate differently by keeping the entire design process in-house. From the initial architectural vision and structural engineering to detailed interior fit-outs and custom-made furniture, our team handles it all under one roof. This integrated approach ensures that the lighting, material textures, and spatial flow we design in the early concept stage are precisely what you experience in the finished building, without the usual fragmentation between different vendors.
For us, architecture is about two things: timeless grandeur and serenity. We started 23DC with a question: how can we bring the essence of iconic global cities to our own? But the answer has always been rooted in our home. We ask why luxury often means leaving one's roots, and we try to design spaces that encourage families to live and grow together.
Our Process
Our design philosophy is 'less is more.' We do not believe in creating clichés or following fleeting trends. Whether we are restoring an ancestral Punjabi home or designing a modern commercial office, our process involves:
- Research-Driven Design: We run an in-house lab to experiment with materials and new construction technologies, including 3D printing, to ensure every detail is intentional.
- Integrated Execution: By handling architecture, interiors, and landscape under one roof, we eliminate the gaps that often lead to projects losing their original vision.
- Transparent Monitoring: We utilize a daily site visit system. Even if your project is in a different city or country, you receive daily photographic updates, keeping you connected to the progress of your building as if you were standing there yourself.
