Why I Love Urban Gardening
Gardening in the city is my stress-buster and a way to eat clean. I do all my planting and experimenting on a regular 30x50 plot in Bengaluru - no fancy farmhouse, just a normal city space. If you think your balcony or small yard can't give you organic fruit, trust me, I thought the same once.
What I Bring
I’ve built a dense edible "urban jungle" on 1500 sq ft, growing stuff like avocado, dragon fruit, chikoo, and even lychee right in pots. I prefer everything chemical-free and believe composting is half the magic. I’ve made more mistakes than I can count - killed plants, had compost bins go smelly, but every goof-up taught me something useful.

Hi, I’m Sumesh. My hands have always found their way into the soil – blame my dad for that! Weekdays, I’m a corporate guy. Weekends, I’m out with my plants, making pookalams, pazhakalams, and chasing birds from the window. Nature keeps me sane, and I hope it rubs off on my daughter too.
