Student Art Gallery: See the Magic Our Artists Create
Every piece here started as a blank page and a whole lot of curiosity. From 9-year-olds mastering portrait shading to teens exploring acrylic landscapes, these are the real wins from our Punjabi Bagh studio.
This realistic portrait was created by one of my 9 year old students, showcasing what is possible with dedicated coaching. I guide students through the fundamentals of portrait drawing, including understanding facial anatomy and shading techniques, to help them bring their subjects to life on paper, even if they are just starting out.
This detailed landscape showcases the power of mastering pencil shading and stroke techniques. In my drawing classes, I focus on these foundational skills to help students create depth, texture, and realism in their artwork.
A student proudly holds up his finished whale painting, a testament to his hard work in our acrylics workshop. I help each artist interpret a theme in their own unique way, resulting in a diverse and personal collection of work.
A happy student proudly displays her vibrant whale painting, created during one of my personalized art workshops. My goal is to create a supportive space where every artist can explore their style and finish a piece that feels uniquely their own.
Another fantastic whale painting from a private art workshop. These small group sessions are perfect for friends or family who want to learn and create together in a personalized setting.
This video captures the fun and focus of my acrylic knife painting workshop. You can see students learning to build texture and layers to create a beautiful beach scene, culminating in a finished piece they can be proud to take home.
A montage celebrating the work of my young artists. I believe every child has a unique creative voice, and my role is to provide the tools and encouragement they need to express it.
From the first sketch to the final piece, this video shows an artist in the making. Here, a student proudly presents his finished landscape painting, a result of practice and guidance during our summer art classes.
About Student Art Gallery
You will notice a wide range of styles in this gallery, not just one 'perfect' look. That is because I focus on helping each student find their own rhythm, whether they are working on facial anatomy for a portrait or using palette knives to add texture to a landscape. We keep the pressure low and the creativity high—if you are just starting out or stuck on a school project, we will use these same fundamentals to get you confident with the brush.
More Than Just a Finished Piece
When you see these photos, you are not just looking at paintings or drawings—you are seeing a student who learned to mix their own colors, understand 2-point perspective, or finally nailed that tricky shading technique.
My studio in Punjabi Bagh is built on the idea that art is a skill you grow, not a talent you are born with. Whether you are prepping for art school admissions or just need a creative escape, I work with you one-on-one to hit your specific goals.
What we focus on in our sessions:
- Fundamentals First: We do not skip the boring stuff like value charts and anatomy. These are the building blocks that make your work look professional later.
- Material Mastery: From heavy-duty acrylics to charcoal and graphite, you will learn how to handle different mediums without wasting supplies.
- Portfolio Building: For students applying to design or architecture colleges, we work on cohesive collections that show judges exactly what you are capable of.
- Project Support: Got a school assignment that feels like a chore? Bring it in. We will break it down, make it fun, and make sure it actually looks like something you are proud to submit.
Whatever your level—absolute beginner or advanced student—we have a spot for you. We embrace the mess, the mistakes, and the learning curve. If you want to stop just thinking about art and actually start making it, let’s get to work.
