Upside Down Fun: Inversions & Core
We use the hammock to safely explore inversions, which is amazing for decompressing the spine and building core strength. I guide you through each step, making hanging upside down feel playful and accessible, not scary.
Supported Stretches & Flexibility
The hammock acts as a supportive partner, allowing you to ease into deep stretches you might not be able to do on the mat. We work on everything from splits to backbends, improving your flexibility and releasing tension.
My Approach to Yoga
My practice is rooted in traditional yoga principles but with a playful, modern approach. I believe in making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, celebrating the process of learning and trying, not just achieving the perfect pose.
