A great print starts with a high-quality image file. Whether you want a personal photograph for your bedroom or a vector logo for your office, the resolution and aspect ratio of your source file determine how the final blind looks. We review your files during our consultation to ensure your design scales perfectly, avoiding pixelation or distortion once the fabric is installed.
Our Printing Process
We specialise in converting your personal images or brand graphics into functional window treatments. We use high-definition digital printing with UV-resistant inks on two primary types of material: blackout roller blinds and day-night zebra blinds.
Choosing the Right Fabric
- Blackout Roller Blinds: These are ideal for bedrooms, home theaters, or spaces where you need total darkness. The material is a heavy-duty polyester-blend that provides 100% light-blocking capabilities. Because the surface is flat and consistent, it is the best choice for highly detailed photographs.
- Day-Night Zebra Blinds: If your goal is to manage light rather than block it, zebra blinds use a dual-layer system of sheer and opaque stripes. We print your design onto the solid bands. This creates a striking visual contrast, though we recommend keeping the design bolder and less intricate to ensure it remains legible when the stripes align.
Practical Considerations
We produce made-to-measure blinds to fit your window aperture. Please note that standard roller systems include a 15-20mm light gap on the sides due to the operating mechanism. Our installation includes stopper calibration to ensure everything functions smoothly, but we recommend accounting for this gap if you are aiming for complete total-darkness environments.
