Balayage isn't just about the initial shade; it’s about the grow-out. When I paint your hair, I’m planning for how it looks three months from now, not just when you walk out my door. We’ll sit down first to talk about your hair's history—have you used box dye before? What’s your daily maintenance routine? This isn’t a cookie-cutter service, so we ensure the bond protection and toning techniques we choose are actually right for the density and texture of your hair.
I specialise in creating effortless, dimensional colour. My goal is to make your hair look like it spent the summer in the sun, without the damage of aggressive processing. Living in Mumbai, we deal with humidity and water quality daily, so I tweak my formulas to suit Indian hair textures.
My Approach to Colour
- Freehand Painting: Whether it’s 'Honey Truffle' or 'Vanilla Balayage', I paint by hand. This gives us total control over where the light hits your face.
- The Root Melt: This is the secret to low-maintenance colour. By melting a darker, natural shade at the roots, we avoid that harsh 'stripe' effect as your hair grows out.
- Bond Protection: I include bonding agents in my lightener. We are lifting your hair, but we aren't going to compromise its integrity to get there.
